The Opportunity:
As an Account Director focused on New Business you will be a driving force in expanding Subvrsives client portfolio. You will identify pursue and close new strategic partnerships bringing our cutting-edge immersive solutions to a diverse range of companies. This role requires a blend of strategic sales acumen deep understanding of client needs and a passion for the future of technology. You will be instrumental in shaping our growth and solidifying our position as a leader in the immersive space.
What You Will Do:
- Drive New Business Acquisition: Identify prospect and secure new client accounts consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
- Develop and Present Solutions: Collaborate with our creative project management and tech leads to craft compelling proposals and presentations that address prospective clients business challenges with innovative immersive solutions.
- Market Expert: Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies within the immersive space to effectively position Subvrsives offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Subvrsives business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and sales collateral.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Subvrsive at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Transition & Onboarding: Seamlessly transition new clients to the account management team post-close ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of full-time experience in a new business development or sales role with a proven track record of consistently closing significant deals preferably within a technology agency or production studio environment.
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong hunter mentality.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of client business needs and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
- Experience using CRM applications such as Hubspot Salesforce or similar with a strong emphasis on pipeline management and reporting.
- A passion for and understanding of emerging technologies such as AR VR MR 360 video and interactive web design is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
