About the Position
As a Retail Tech Specialist at WHSmith you will demonstrate your tech enthusiasm and serve customers in a timely efficient and courteous manner whilst managing cash and regular transactions using our POS system.
You will also:
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Provide product knowledge and technical advice across a wide range of consumer electronics gadgets and accessories.
- Maintain store standards including merchandising stock replenishment and cleanliness.
- Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and product launches.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals and enhance the customer journey.
This is a fulltime role which will require availability from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
The Successful Candidate
To be considered for this role you must display the following:
- Have a passion for customer service and retail!
- 2 years experience in a similar retail or tech environment is preferred but not essential - we can provide you with the knowledge!
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Warm friendly and outgoing personality.
- Great personal presentation.
- Availability for fulltime shifts from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
- A team player.
