POSITION SUMMARY
  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Business Process Improvement team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business process improvement data analysis AI and automation and project management. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving growth detail-oriented and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and drive effective delivery and management of assigned projects through the implementation of a stage gate process that takes initiatives through ideation feasibility proforma development execution and project closure.
  • Identifies gaps in performance versus best practices and works with all levels of the organization in establishing and executing a plan for with assessment and documentation of the current state development of the ideal future state process and drives and monitors the implementation plan.
  • Prepare flowcharts and other related reporting packages to track both project deliverables/timelines and key issues.
  • Provide expert support analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to assigned processes.
  • Develop slides or reports for leadership updates and decision making
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Business Data Analytics or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
