Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant program
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
Active unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
