Job Description

UPMC North Central PA is looking for a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a progressive pediatrics team. This opportunity supports our Coudersport and Port Allegany Pediatrics practices with a team committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.

UPMC Cole is a modern progressive system centered around a 25-bed critical access hospital located on a large well-maintained campus with a service area covering 55000 people living in six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York. UPMC Cole owns and operates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersport and the counties that surround the hospital.

CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:
Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
American Citizen or FMG
Great communication skills and empathy are required.
Board-Certified

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:
Hospital employment
Contract includes
Initial agreement 36 month term will consider longer terms
Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP pediatrics $112000-$120000
Sign on bonus: $5000
CME: annually 5 days and $3000
PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays
Incentive
Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:30
Start: As soon as possible
