As RaiseNows Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/d/m) you will continuously optimize our website analyze and measure our market position and carry out successful online marketing campaigns. You will have a keen eye for measurable visibility and successful lead our 4-person marketing team you will report directly to our Head of Marketing Inga.

As RaiseNows Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/d/m) you will continuously optimize our website analyze and measure our market position and carry out successful online marketing campaigns. You will have a keen eye for measurable visibility and successful lead our 4-person marketing team you will report directly to our Head of Marketing Inga.
Your mission
- You continuously optimize our RaiseNow website through tracking reporting A/B testing and conversion rate improvements
- You plan manage and optimize paid online marketing campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.) to generate qualified leads
- You bring SEO and SEA strategies to life so that our brand is visible and our traffic grows
- You use HubSpot effectively for lead management and reporting
- You track your most important KPIs independently optimize them and make data-driven decisions. A measurable ROIis particularly important to you
- You will successfully relaunch the new website for our Koalect brand
- Youenjoy working in a team. You are happy to support your 4 colleagues and are closely acquainted with important stakeholders such as RevOps Sales and Partnerships
Your profile
- Proven experience in online marketing including website optimization tracking reporting and A/B testing
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA and the ability to implement both organic and paid strategies
- Practical experience with paid online marketing campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics Google Tag Manager etc.)
- Knowledge of content performance measurement and the ability to increase conversions through optimization
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML CSS; JavaScript is a plus)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) ideally HubSpot
- Fluent English (C1) skills both written and spoken
- Experience with AI-based user journeys and marketing tools (e.g. for creation analytics SEO/SEA or campaign optimization)
