Job Description:Provide Infrastructure/PeopleSoft Administration support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design upgrade and implement solutions for HCM HR & NYBEAS applications.
Day to Day:
This position will provide the following PeopleSoft Application and Architect support:
Research Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade.
Support Installation configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (weblogic Tuxedo ElasticSearch Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack
Provide technical direction to meet business needs
Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions
Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction
Research resolve and test configurations
Provide Research Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Upgraded and Legacy PeopleSoft Applications
Support the recently upgraded HCM application and future patches upgrade and maintenance.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Software Architect: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards including software coding standards tools and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
Expert: 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of system administration experience in Oracles PeopleSoft HR & HCM 9 or higher release where duties included installation configuration tuning upgrade/patching and perform code migrations in a Unix/Solaris/Linux environment.
- 84 Months of system administration experience utilizing PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.49 or higher including installation upgrading patching tuning/configuration.
- 84 Months experience in performing PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools.
- 60 Months experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting installation configuration upgrading and high availability (HA).
- 60 Months experience with Oracle 10g or higher database releases in creating and maintaining Peoplesoft databases
