Job Description
Ashland Public Schools is seeking a dynamic Educational Support Professional (ESP) to support our English Language Learner (ELL) students in both specialized programming and general education settings for grades6-8 at Ashland Middle School.
The ideal candidate will work with students to increase their ability to access the curriculum support language development and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include supporting individualized learning plans monitoring student progress and behavior collecting and reporting data and collaborating with educators service providers and building administration as needed. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
