We are looking for an Assistant Manager Digital Marketingto join our team!
Job Summary:
- Oversee the digital marketing of Shangri-La Singapore from managing social channels content to performance monitoring and AI overview so as to strengthen Shangri-La Singapore presence on digital.
- Support and steer digital marketing performance development and monitoring to deliver overall marketing communication goals.
- Ensure integrated online and offsite online presence (web marketing onsite content maintenance) web marketing offsite search engine optimisation search engine marketing performance marketing social media marketing mobile marketing communities web analytics ecommerce.
- Develop and execute integrated online media strategy and campaigns.
- Responsible for management of Company websites micro-sites and other digital platform by liaising with HQ markets internal team and external agencies to ensure up-to-date information on the website rollout of new online product/brand showroom and other activities are line with the brand guideline and optimised for SEO and AI SEO.
- Identify new media/digital communications platforms and evaluate media opportunities.
- Plan and execute online media such as but not limited to Display SEM Retargeting Video to promote brand and launches.
- Manage day-to-day operations feedbacks and complains across social media channels.
- Ensure up-to-date content on all communication channels including global marketing platform.
- Support in management reporting.
- Support in any other tasks in the Marketing division to achieve the overall objectives of the team.
Requirements
- Relevantdegree education with at least3 to 4 years experience in digital online marketing social media and web management.
- Understanding of general brand or marketing communications tactics.
- Knowledge and experience in basic design software such as Canva.
- Diligent proactive attention to detail open-minded team player.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Prior experience steering social media channels would be preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
