Manage in collaboration with Procurement function the suppliers qualification and performance evaluation process
Manage qualified suppliers list and suppliers information
Based on supplier performance propose manage and follow-up suppliers placed Under-Monitoring
Based on company and group criteria manage and follow-up new suppliers placed Under-Probation
Coordinate and organize the supplier audits for the project needs and purchase requirements Build a yearly qualification and follow-up plan
Participate in developing long-term cooperation with suppliers
Follow-up corrective action aimed at suppliers through NCR follow up or other action list management
Propose and manage tools (PO tool forms) for Suppliers management
Define and review periodically the suppliers qualification and performance evaluation process key indicator(s).
Bachelor or above degree preferred in Mechanic Engineering or other related major
Three years or more in quality or procurement organization
English fluent
Good office software / IT skills
Good communication ability and team work spirit
ISO 9001 training
