We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Mid-Senior Recruiter to support our end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent monitoring changes and trends in the labor market and implementing innovative recruitment practices to attract the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Stay informed about changes and trends in the labor market.
- Explore innovative recruitment practices and strategies to attract and retain top talents and support their implementation within the organization.
- Keep track of and manage internal reports to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Take part in company events marketing campaigns and other initiatives related to employer branding and awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment priorities and strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process including job description development candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
- Ability to leverage LinkedIn for networking purposes Boolean search techniques and other recruitment tools to streamline the sourcing process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and hiring managers.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
