Do you enjoy coordinating and collaborating with sales teams Is your passion technical administration reporting performance of outbound systems and helping to optimize it This is a challenging fast paced role that will offer opportunities to be a strategic product owner of outreach and cadence management tools.
You will work with cross functional stakeholders to design and implement new processes as a marketing admin for BDR/Sales enablement tools. This position requires expertise in managing sales or marketing technology and experience transforming existing processes within sales or marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Admin Support: As sales teams shift fixing lead routing or technical issues where necessary. Identifying errors in the platform.
Governance Oversight: Ensuring best practices efficiency & high-quality cadence practices.
Run Content Committees: Schedule and collaborate with content committees to build relevant cadences for AEs business needs and maintain the library. Writing editing or optimizing where necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with BDR outreach technology admin to ensure alignment with strategies within tools.
Proactively Optimize: Consistently researching opportunities to develop and improve our use of technology campaigns or training gaps.
Drive Innovation: Research test and survey teammates to build processes and encourage adoption of AI technology.
Project Manage: Schedule regular meetings with key owners to ensure adoption of Salesloft.
Analyze & Report: Provide monthly reporting in PowerPoint of best/worst cadences to steer decisions on what to optimize or archive.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree
5 years working with sales or marketing technology (such as Salesloft Salesforce UserGems 6Sense Asana etc.)
Experience working within an enterprise level company (coordinating collaborating and prioritizing a large number of stakeholders)
Understanding of using and creating Salesforce Reports
Expertise in demand generation processes and strategy
Experience creating reports and analytics to drive accountability with technology adoption
Strong knowledge of project management processes and concepts
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage deadline pressure and change effectively
Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with senior executives
Ability to learn and synthesize new information quicky
Tendency to think ahead act proactively and execute on key elements of critical task without prompting
Good influencing facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders across business functions
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
