Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center Solutions Architect

Location:Onsite in Atlanta GA (U.S.)
Travel:Up to 25%

What Youll Do

  • Own thearchitecture design and deliveryof Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions includingOmnichannel for Customer ServiceVoice andChat.
  • Leadclient engagementsfrom pre-sales through implementation including workshops demos and solution roadmaps.
  • Design and integrateConversational AIexperiences usingCopilot StudioPower Apps and other conversational AI platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable maintainable solutions.
  • Build and optimizemulti-turn intent-driven conversational flowsusing Microsoft and third-party NLU platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative models like GPT Gemini LLaMA Copilot or custom generative architectures.
  • Ensure performance scalability and reliability of deployed solutions usingAzurePower Platform andCognitive Services.
  • Provide thought leadership onAI strategycustomer experience andcontact center modernization.


What Were Looking For

  • 8 years of experience withCCaaS/Contact Center ACD/IVR and digital platforms
  • 3 years of Conversational AINLP andintent modeling.
  • Experience withIVRchatbot andvoice assistantdesign.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 withAzure AI servicesMS Teams Power Platform and third-party NLU tools preferred.
  • 8 years of programming experience inC#TypeScriptPython or similar.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecturesandAzure DevOps.
  • Experience inpre and post salessolutioning andtechnical leadership.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center includingOmnichannel for Customer ServiceUnified Routing andVoice Channel.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications such as:
    • Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
    • Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
  • Knowledge ofNuance MixAmazon Lex orGoogle Dialogflowis a plus.
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field preferred.

The pay range for this role is $160000 to $210000 per annum.
