You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAt ASSA ABLOY Industrial Sweden (BSI SE) we are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to take full responsibility for our new equipment sales in Sweden.
BSI develops promotes and sells doors and services to our Industrial customers and the business model in Sweden covers sales installation and service.
About the Role
As Sales Manager you will have the operational responsibility for all new equipment sales in Sweden both regional and project sales. You will lead a team of 510 direct reports (approx. 20 FTEs in total) and ensure our sales pipeline margins and win rates meet ambitious will play a key role in shaping sales strategies driving performance and collaborating cross-functionally with installation and project teams. Your leadership will also support the cultural development of ASSA ABLOYs values Empowerment Innovation and Integrity.
Location: Preferably Gothenburg or Stockholm (other locations can be discussed)
