We offer you the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with your facility colleagues to further develop the campus
- Independently manage all (climate) installations
- Independently coordinate all Electrical & Mechanical internal projects
- Work in an international multinational organization in a beautiful working environment
Your responsibilities
- Asset management of electrical and mechanical installations
- Asset management of fire detection systems CCTV and access control systems
- Coordination and improvement of physical security
- Contract management of suppliers
- Operational coordination of technical projects on campus
Your profile
- You have at least MBO-4 level of education preferably with a background in installation technology
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing technology projects
- Experience in managing external contractors
- Knowlegde and experience in physical security
- Knowledge and experience in energy monitoring and sustainability
- Experience with administrative tasks is a plus (purchase orders invoices and Topdesk)
- You have excellent coordination skills but are also willing to contribute operationally
- You thrive in a dynamic environment
- A true team player with strong communication skills
