How youll add value
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends as well as supporting inthe development of a comprehensive sales strategy
- Identifying negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel industry
- Collaborating closely with your partners to identify opportunities for improvements of optimization to maximize account potential and achieve growth objectives
- Monitoring your account performance analyzing key metrics and generating reports to enable strategic decision-making and optimize client satisfaction and retention
- Working cross-functionally with teams such as Product Management Engineering and Sales to ensure each stage of the partner journey is a smooth and positive experience
- Planning executing and monitoring of key projects through data analysis market research and effective collaboration within the company
Youll be successful in this role if you
- 2 years of experience in a relevant account management and/or sales position preferably within the digital sector
- Are a self-starter who is eager to develop professionally in a hands-on fast-paced environment
- Are a team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and are able to communicate well with diverse stakeholders inside and outside of the organization
- Possess very strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate numbers into actionable initiatives
- Are passionate about travel and want to contribute to a product that seeks to enhance the travel experience for all who utilize the HomeToGo platform
- High proficiency in English additional language skills are a plus
