We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Longshot Caf in Coffs Harbour!
- Casual opportunity Up to 30 hours per week!
- Monday - Friday roster with daytime hours

About the Role
As a Caf Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our caf and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities include:
- Training team members in store processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards.
- Reporting and communicating necessary information and feedback to the Store Manager regarding any and all aspects of store operations.
- Assist in the preparation of both food and beverages/coffees.
Please note our caf is located within the Coffs Harbour Health Campus. This is a casual position which will require availability between 6.30am and 4pm during the weekdays.
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for coffee and is friendly & approachable. You will display the following qualities:
- 1 year of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and a team player.
- Prior barista making skills are preferred.
- Must be capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge around food handling and safety (Food Safety Certificate is ideal but not essential)
- Great customer service skills and passion for coffee!
