Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. This role combines operational responsibilities with business development efforts ensuring smooth logistics while driving growth through marketing and client acquisition. This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Occasional early mornings or late deliveries may be required based on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
-Enforce company and DOT safety procedures
-Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units
-Operate the Go Minis truck to deliver and pick up portable storage units.
-Perform facility opening and closing functions
-Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures
-Prepare evaluate and balance the delivery schedules
Requirements
-Proficient software skills
-Strong communication skills
-Valid drivers license in good standing
-Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule
-Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed
-Proficiency in English
-Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
