Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Warranty Carpenter/Handyman to join a high end custom home builder in the Dallas area.
Warranty Carpenter/Handyman Responsibilities
Assess repairs needed for warranty work
Repair minor defects including trim hardware and other minor handyman work
Assist with scheduling and monitoring trades needed for repairs
Pick up supplies open and close job sites and assisting superintendents when needed
Warranty Carpenter/Handyman Requirements
3 years experience doing handyman facility maintenance or carpentry work
Valid drivers license
Bilingual is a plus
