Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor
SoH invites outstanding academics to apply for the position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Southeast Asian History. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of excellence in teaching research and publication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research on the history of Southeast Asia. While not a requirement research interests in the interdisciplinary humanities (in particular Digital Environmental and Medical Humanities) or Global Asia may be an advantage.
In addition to developing their own research program the successful candidate will actively participate in curriculum development teaching and administrative/leadership duties at a level that aligns with the expectations of a world-class research-intensive university. The successful candidate will conduct courses on Southeast Asian history and their other areas of expertise.
