Job Description
Your mission
For our Team ADA we are looking for a new senior team member. The ADA team at Checkmk focuses on Improving and extending cloud monitoring capabilities:
- As part of one of our product development teams you will work on the further development of our monitoring solution and contribute to the release of the next versions
- You will work closely with different teams such as QA Security Product Management and other development teams
- You will use technologies and tools such as Python Jenkins Pylint Gerrit git and Pytest to ensure that our platform stays up to date and provides a seamless experience for our customers
- As a member of our team youll be able to express a passion for improving software products
- We are an agile team that works in 2 week sprints with dailies retros and plannings and continuously improves our development process
- You like to bring in new ideas and approaches and work in a team that collaborates on new features and improvements
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in backend development with Python
- You have good knowledge of Linux
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English
- Ideally you already have experience with Rust and/or Kubernetes
