Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain electrical control systems for industrial machinery.
- Program test and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) HMIs and SCADA systems.
- Develop and modify control logic and ladder diagrams for automation processes.
- Integrate industrial control systems with mechanical and electrical components.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes safety regulations and industry standards.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical control panels motor control systems and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with engineering maintenance and production teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams schematics and programming logic.
- Support commissioning startup and ongoing maintenance of automation systems.
- Assist in training and mentoring plant personnel on control systems and automation technologies.
