This job is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Set up and maintain customer master data across ERP Oracle eBS and internal systems.
- Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Support pricing reviews and upload price list data.
- Improve data integrity and reduce recurring data issues.
- Perform data cleansing validation and audits.
- Develop documentation and work instructions for master data processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and pricing data issues.
- Provide first-line support for data-related queries.
- Collaborate with Sales Pricing Customer Service and Inside Sales teams across Europe.
- Support Oracle ERP data conversion activities.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to meet SLAs.
- Deliver user training and support as needed.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Degree in Business Administration Economics Computer Science or relevant professional experience (12 years in a similar data analyst role).
- Solid understanding of data modelling profiling and quality assurance.
- Experience with Oracle EBS and SQL (approx. 1 year).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio).
- Strong analytical skills with practical business understanding.
- Excellent communication skills in Englishboth written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented flexible and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Fluency in an additional European language.
- Knowledge of SQL Oracle ServiceNow.
- Ability to produce clear and user-friendly work instructions or training resources for system users.
