Were opening our brand-new Manawa Bay outlet and were looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team!
Heres whats on offer:
Rostered Hours: Monday 9:30am 6:00pm Tuesday 11:00am 7:00pm Wednesday 11:00am 7:00pm Thursday 11:00am 7:00pm Sunday 9:30am 5:30pm
Minimum Hours: 38 per week
Hourly Rate: $26.50 per hour

Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our Manawa Bay team. Youll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance coach the team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about retail thrives on responsibility and wants to grow their career in a values-driven supportive environment.
What your day will look like
Running smooth successful shifts and supporting daily operations
Coaching the team on product knowledge service and sales
Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
Contributing to a positive inclusive team culture
Supporting with store presentation visual merchandising and stock
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail leadership experience or youre ready for that next step

Know how to lead by example and energise a team

Have a strong eye for detail and store presentation
