Main Responsibilities
- The position will manage and supervise accounting and reporting team of GroupM Indonesia
- Responsible for GL and TB activities of the company
- Ensure that all revenue expenses assets and liabilities are properly recorded and reflected in the general ledger
- Prepare review and submit monthly quarterly and annual reports to regional office on timely basis
- Provide variance analysis of financial report
- Prepare and propose monthly and annual JVs
- Ownership of GL and accounting activates
- Supervise expenses reimbursement and other payment activities
- Ensure that all accruals assets debtors creditors expenses and revenue schedules are reconciled with GL on monthly basis
- Ensure financial controls are effectively and efficiently in place relating to accounting and reporting activates
- Liaise with external and internal audit and S-Ox reviews
- Suggest design and implement effective and efficient controls relating to accounting processes wherever necessary
- Prepare monthly management reports for business reviews with additional information if necessary to help management to take appropriate decisions and action
