Due to our rapid expansion we are now looking for Senior Strategy Consultants to join our team in Athens. Theyll be a part of a collaborative team that applies the latest thinking research analytics and methodologies to help transform clients businesses and solve complex business matters driving change for tomorrows working world. As a Senior Consultant in our team you will:

• advise clients across various sectors support key decision makers in developing transformative corporate growth and transaction strategies and executing them
• understand key business drivers co-develop our approach with clients agree value measurements with the client provide value to the client through insights factual conclusions and recommendations.
• demonstrate the ability to gather and analyze relevant business and industry information effectively assessing it using strategic and commercial evaluation techniques.
• assist with business development activities including client pitches presentations and client meetings.

• take responsibility for own learning and development provide coaching to others and participate in upward feedback.
• share your technical and other knowledge with your team.
• be an effective time manager able to keep calm under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• be a team player effectively building relationships with all client and EY echelons
• work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives.

Skills & Attributes for Success

What we look for

• Excellent academic background from a top tier university. Masters degree in business / engineering / economics or finance. An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset
• Significant strategy consulting work experience
• Well-developed structured problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly developed logic and linear thinking
• Strong business acumen with an ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
• Experience in tackling complex business projects and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Comfortable with project task & activity ownership and accountable for work outputs
• Strong people and leadership skills (including team coordination people development & coaching)
• Previous experience with business development activities will be considered a strong plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work autonomously and exhibit a high degree of agility
• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Greek and English
• Experience in producing and reviewing high caliber reports papers and presentations to senior executives and stakeholders in a clear compelling manner
• Solid influencing skills and stakeholder management with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
• Good use of MS office (excel powerpoint outlook); other data visualisation tools will be considered a plus (e.g. PowerBI)
• Experience in some or most of the below areas:
• Corporate and BU strategy
• Business model reinvention
• Portfolio strategy
• New market entry opportunities
• Go-to-market strategy
• Commercial due diligence
• Vendor due diligence
• Integration strategy planning and execution (post-merger integrations)
• Divestiture strategy planning and execution (carve-outs)
• Value realization
• Digital transformation strategy
• Experience in the above areas in one/two of the following sectors:
• Energy utilities & resources
• Consumer and Retail
• Industrial Sectors
• Infrastructure
• Transport & Logistics
• Government
