Corporate Associate Attorneys (3 Years Experience)
Locations: Delaware Florida Maryland New Jersey New York or Texas
Compensation: $240000 $315000 Full Benefits
We are partnering with a premier law firm seeking Corporate Associates with 3 years of experience to join their growing teams across several strategic markets including Delaware Florida Maryland New Jersey New York and Texas.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team handling complex high-value transactions across multiple corporate disciplines including M&A fund formation finance and securities law.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
3 years of experience in corporate law including one or more of the following:
Mergers & Acquisitions
Fund Formation
Finance and Lending
Securities and Capital Markets
Strong academic credentials from a respected law school
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Licensed and in good standing in at least one of the listed jurisdictions
A proactive business-oriented mindset with a strong client service ethic
