Job Description

Position Summary
Under the general direction of Associate Vice President of Information Technology the Human Resources Information System ( HRIS ) database manager will serve as the primary contact for Ellucian Banner Human Resources (HR) module issues and liaison between HR and Information Technology. This position is responsible for interfaces between HR and Banner processes; and prepares most internal and external reports for the department. Provide support for use and maintenance of the Banner Oracle database and other database software systems for the Office of Human Resources. Primarily responsible for maintenance and accuracy of data in Banner HR. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity testing of system changes report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science or related field. Experience working with Database Management Systems. At least three (3) years working in professional environment as a project lead associated with implementation of technology systems. One (1) year of experience working with Ellucian Banner human resources (HR) module strong preferred. Must have strong SQL experience and Oracle forms and reports
