What will be your daily pursuit
Your daily pursuit is welcoming our guests and helping them have the most comfortable Whitefish and Glacier adventure possible!
What will your compensation be
$20.00/hour
What will you do in this job
- Split role two nights as Relief Overnight Driver and two nights as Relief Night Auditor
- Overnight front desk service using the property management system check guests in and out assign rooms make reservations answer phones resolve guest inquiries
- Run nightly audit for Grouse Mountain Lodge and select Glacier Park Collection properties reconcile revenue balance folios generate and distribute reports
- Safely shuttle guests to and from the downtown pickup point the Amtrak station and the airport follow all company driving and safety procedures
- Secure the building after hours ensure exterior doors are locked confirm guests are safely in their rooms conduct light security rounds
- Keep the lobby tidy restock supplies take out garbage complete simple cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate logs and handoffs for the morning teams
- Other duties as assigned reliability and comfort working overnight are essential
What skills and experience do you need for this job
- Previous Front Desk experience strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license required MVR and background check will be completed
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- Be willing and able to work solo or as a part of a larger team.
- Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Be organized with a great eye for detail
- Be kind to others and always bring your best
- Be a good communicator always suggesting ideas and solutions
