We are looking for a Cash Application Representativeto help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wrocaw office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Book the credit side of bank statements with precision
• Allocate customer receipts accurately to ensure smooth financial operations
• Collect and organize remittance advices to maintain accurate records
• Take responsibility for reconciling not applied cash GL accounts
• Provide support in T&E processes and administration
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to address any accounting issues that arise
• Work closely with GL Accountants and Debt Collection teams to ensure seamless operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
• Proficiency in Polish and English at minimum B2 level
• Team-oriented with a dedicated approach to work
• Positive attitude and motivated to contribute
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of experience in GL accounting
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
