Shift: No Fixed Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients establish and nurture long-term relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics provide insights for improvement and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Work closely with other departments including Customer Service and Reservations to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp) Advanced Level:
Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels. Skilled in resolving issues efficiently multitasking across conversations and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. - Highly flexible working hours no fixed shift model:
Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
