Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients establish and nurture long-term relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics provide insights for improvement and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Work closely with other departments including Customer Service and Reservations to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
- Strong sales skills including relationship building negotiation and closing deals.
- At least a Highschool Grad
