About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in 6750 Building Makati City Philippines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Acts as the main point of contact for all facility-related questions and problems.
Answers the CBRES customer service line and receives requests from web-based application. Provides problem resolution either over the phone by email or escalates the issue to the next support level.
Dispatches service providers and generates work orders for business services and monitors completion of service.
Uses web-based application to manage facility and business services work orders.
Dispatches work orders to contract service personnel.
Coordinate the conference room reservations including room set up and clean up and catering requests.
Keeps customers updated on progress as needed.
Continuously monitors completion of service requests and customer satisfaction.
Processes customer survey cards to continuously monitor completion of service and customer satisfaction.
Maintains Help Desk user manual.
Manages the day to day maintenance and enhancements of the MSSC Location page on the CBRES website.
Adheres to an established problem management and escalation process and procedures.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree graduate
1-2 years of customer service experience in a BPO or call center industry with facilities management services exposure
Open to fresh graduates
High level customer service orientation
Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work on shifting schedule holidays and weekends to meet business needs/requirements
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage
