Job Description

Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebots special sauce is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customers clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders Real Estate Agents Banks Credit Unions Loan Servicers Insurance agencies and Title Companies.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver CO office. We have a hybrid work model in place that allows employees to split their time between working in-office and from home a few days a week. This role will be expected to work in-office on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday each week with the option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays.)

Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation including skills qualifications and professional experience which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $65000-$88000 plus an annual 10% performance bonus target.

The impact youll make by joining us: As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Homebots Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate is excited at the prospect of cultivating efficiency for the CEO thereby contributing to the success of the company and the realization of our mission!

Within 1 month you will:

  • Start building foundational relationships with the founding leadership team
  • Streamline calendar and meeting management for executives
  • Establish credibility by handling confidential information and supporting initial meeting prep

Within 3 months you will:

  • Proactively keep executives informed of commitments and priorities
  • Consistently deliver accurate scheduling and meeting support reducing conflicts.
  • Begin taking over responsibilities related to office operations

Within 6 months you will:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication.
  • Independently manage office operations and logistics for company events.

Within 1 year you will:

  • Act as an indispensable partner proactively driving strategic initiatives for executives.
  • Coordinate major company events (i.e. board meetings onsite alignments) from start to finish.

Who Youll Collaborate With:

  • This role will report to Homebots Chief Executive Officer
  • You will work closely with the exec leadership team (CEO COO CPO)

What You Bring:

  • 2 years of administrative experience with at least 2 years supporting executives or senior leaders ideally including direct support to a CEO in a fast-paced startup.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong judgment discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Clear concise communicator both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Gmail) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom Slack).
  • High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proactive adaptable and unflappable when plans change.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Resourceful problem-solver addressing challenges effectively.
  • Maintains professionalism under pressure demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in every task.

Bonus Points:

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate executive-level projects or events across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing office operations.
  • You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership.
