This position is responsible for providing primary support to the assigned location in execution of contracts rates and coordinating logistical support for commodity shipments by rail truck or barge.
Key Responsibilities
Assists with intermediate accounting functions and execution of logistics in support of the Merchandisers.
Provides customer support including resolution of problems and discrepancies as well as building relationships.
Review and assist in the collection of accounts receivable as needed. Identify aging accounts and partner with Trader to reconcile in a timely fashion.
Provide logistical support for commodity shipments by rail truck or barge.
Create and edit inbound/outbound tickets.
Answer inbound phone calls assist walk in vendors and respond to accounting and originations inquires professionally and promptly.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Associates Degree preferred
3-5 years relevant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
