Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the United States. Youll be responsible for generating sales of precision hardness testing machines accessories while cultivating strong relationships with customers and distributors.
This is a hands-on role with significant field engagement including technical product demonstrations application-specific consultations.
You will be asked to showcase equipment like Rockwell Brinell Vickers Knoop and Universal testers as well as conduct on-site equipment installations and quotes.
*Education: Degree in engineering materials science metallurgy or a related technical field preferred.
*Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of hardness testing principles test scale applications (e.g. HRC HV HBW) and familiarity with related lab equipment
*Minimum 5 years in technical sales or service ideally in materials testing metrology or industrial equipment.
- Background in sectors like heat treating automotive or precision manufacturing is a strong plus.
* Must be willing to travel frequently across the United States. Valid drivers license and passport required. Ideally based near a major airport hub.
