Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jivana Care LLC. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing professional medical care to our clients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing diagnosing and treating patients as well as providing patient education and counseling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to clients including physical examinations diagnosis and treatment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients.
Provide patient education and counseling on preventative care healthy lifestyle habits and self-care.
Order interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Prescribe medications as needed.
Keep accurate medical records of client visits.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing and valid Nurse Practitioner license.
Knowledge of medical terminology anatomy and physiology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
