Location: Dallas GA Organization: COCAS & ME Living Inc.
About Us
At COCAS & ME Living we dont just provide housing and serviceswe change lives. We support individuals and families overcoming domestic violence homelessness incarceration and substance abuse recovery giving them the tools to build stability independence and long-term success.
Why This Role Matters
As a Case Manager youll be on the front lines of hope. Youll guide clients from crisis to stability connect them with critical resources and be the steady support system that helps them rebuild their futures.
Your Impact

Be the first point of contact for new clients.

Create personalized care plans that drive real results.

Help clients access housing therapy employment and benefits.

Collaborate with therapists housing teams and peer support staff.

Ensure all documentation is complete for compliance and billing.
What Were Looking For

Passion for helping others and making an impact.

Degree in Social Work Psychology Human Services or relevant experience in case management/social services.

Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Georgia community resources a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

$17 $22 per hour (based on experience).
