Job Description
We will be shifting to North East in December 2025. This candidate must be comfortable with being located in Jalan Buroh (West) until we shift. There is currently 2 way transport located at various MRT stations island-wide for the commute to Jalan Buroh.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies of current processes and propose automation solutions.
- Conduct data driven assessment to identify areas of improvement to work processes.
- Develop & maintain dashboards for internal reporting
- Monitor data quality to ensure consistency across the Companys reporting metrics.
- Resolve data related issues and discrepancies in the system.
- Assist in generating recurring reports and fulfilling ad-hoc analysis request from stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with business stakeholder to understand their requirements propose data solutions and communicate insights in an actionable manner.
- Support projects that will drive companys overall efficiency workflow simplification and process improvements.
- Provide end to end support for system
- Other duties assigned
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business or related field
- 1 year of experience in related field
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
