As a Full-Stack Developer youll play a key role in both the InfraPort API and the new Data Management Tool. Youll work across the stack from front-end experiences to back-end services and directly shape how these products evolve. This role is hands-on design-driven and highly visible giving you the opportunity to influence INGs data ecosystem at scale.
The team
At ING were transforming the way infrastructure and data work together to power a smarter faster more data-driven bank. The InfraPort API is already the central nervous system of our cloud infrastructure delivering critical data and insights across the bank.
Now were taking the next step building a Data Management Tool from the ground up. This tool will automate ETL processes strengthen governance and unlock advanced capabilities like LLM-powered data handling. With a small agile and expert team across the Netherlands and Poland youll have the chance to make a real impact from day one.
Roles and responsibilities
Months 12: Build Your Foundations
Dive into the InfraPort API and our ICHP tech stack.
Deliver new ETLs that bring immediate value to internal customers.
Learn the ING infrastructure landscape to build a strong technical foundation.
Months 36: Shape a New Product
Join the ETL Tooling team from the ground floor.
Contribute across the full stack for our first Proof of Concept.
Take part in technical and feature design discussions where your voice will directly shape the product.
Beyond 6 Months: Craft Your Own Path
Choose whether to focus on one product or split your time across both.
Pitch and prototype new product ideas we welcome and encourage innovation.

Experience working with ING Infrastructure is a must.
Have good understanding about Terraform solution.
Experience working with ING Container Hosting Platform or comparable technology.
Experience working with Azure DevOps.
Experience in either front end or back-end programming language (e.g. Type Script Go )
Experience working with Data Analysts OR Data Engineer.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
