How you will make contributions that matter:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedFinance Analyst Milk Financeto join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the budgeting forecasting and reporting processes for SDA with a strong focus on milk financials. You will collaborate closely with various finance and operational teams to deliver insightful analysis and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis of total milk financial results to support decision-making.
- Provide financial support to the Milk Finance and wider Operational Finance teams.
- Partner with Commercial Finance Operational Finance Group Finance Dairy Solids SO&P and Milk Supplier Relations teams.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing forecasts and annual budgets for third-party milk.
- Support BPC budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to Dairy Solids Profit & Loss preparation and annual milk price calculations.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly reporting packs in collaboration with the Milk Finance Manager.
- Support month-end close and deliver insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Compile weekly reporting and latest estimates.
- Build and maintain analytical models to enhance budget reviews and process improvements.
- Provide data analysis support to the DSB and Milk Supplier Relations teams.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualified.
Experience
- Ideally 3 plus years experience in a similar finance role.
- Proven business partnering experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial understanding of logistics.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP BPC and BI tools.
