We are ALSO hiring for DLAs (unlicensed caregivers) a Unit Coordinator (Clerical/ Customer Service) and STNAs (with on-site training available) for Bethany Village as well as a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist for our Home Care team.

8-hour and 12-hour schedule options available!

LPN Position description:

Responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating the nursing care for a caseload of residents on assigned nursing unit. Coordinates and supervises the nursing care delivered by the nursing assistants working under Team Leaders supervision.

Full time Multiple shifts available

• Evening shift 3:00 pm 11:30 pm
• Night shift 11:00 pm 7:30 am OR 7:00 pm 7:30 am

Compensation: $27.50- 30.50 / hour - Based on experience PLUS any additional shift and weekend differentials

10K Retention Bonus if hired for full time 2nd or 3rd shift position!

LPN Duties:

• Administers and charts medications and treatments and adheres to all Pharmacy procedures.
• Makes rounds on each resident.
• Assesses for significant changes in residents condition.
• Supervises nursing assistants on the unit; evaluates work performance in terms of resident care staff relations efficiency of service and intervenes when needed.
• Initiates and completes all necessary documentation and reporting.
• Communicates all order and status changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Responsible for completing nursing notes according to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and Bethany Village charting guidelines.

LPN Qualifications:Due to our federal funding we are a drug free workplace (including marijuana). A pre-employment drug screen is required for all positions.

• License Practical Nurse from accredited school of nursing.
• Long term care experience preferred but not required.

RN Position description:

Responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating the nursing care for a caseload of residents on assigned nursing unit. Coordinates and supervises the nursing care delivered by the nursing assistants working under Team Leaders supervision.

Full time DAY shift available in our Rehab

• Day shift 7:00 am - 7:30 pm

Compensation: $34.00 - 39.00 / hour - Based on experience PLUS any additional shift and weekend differentials

10K Retention Bonus offered if hired for FT day shift role in Rehab

Duties:

• Administers and charts medications and treatments and adheres to all Pharmacy procedures.
• Makes rounds on each resident
• Assesses for significant changes in residents condition and update acute intervention care plan accordingly.
• Supervises nursing assistants on the unit; evaluates work performance in terms of resident care completing documentation staff relations efficiency of service and intervenes when needed.
• Initiates and completes all necessary documentation and reporting.
• Communicates all order and status changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains a safe environment for residents and employees while exhibiting a positive attitude towards all customers.
• Initiates and maintains individual care plans based upon comprehensive assessment.
• Responsible for completing nursing notes according to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and Bethany Village charting guidelines.

Qualifications:Due to our federal funding we are a drug free workplace (including marijuana). A pre- employment drug screen is required for all positions.

• Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing.
• One year long-term care experience preferred.
