Compass Group & Delta FM are seeking Refrigeration Techs & HVACs looking to join the DeltaFM team on an even time days only roster. Youll be part of establishing the brand new team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance at our latest addition to the portfolio - Rio Hope Downs 1. Youll have a permanent room and a back to back team member. There are two positions available and the ideal applicant will be able to commence the recruitment process now for a June 2025 start date.
THE POSITION
- Establishing this Rio site as part of the DeltaFM portfolio
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Planned & preventative maintenance attending and assessing breakdowns cleaning fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
- Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing Commercial Kitchens Dining Rooms Laundry Office Buildings etc.
- Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required Nominee Allowance Leading Hand Dual Trade Allowance if applicable
THE PERSON
- Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
- Current CPR LVR C Class Australian Drivers Licence White Card & Police Check within 12 months
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
