We are hiring for a Service Associate - Housekeeping.
As a Service Associate - Housekeeping we rely you to:
- Maintain and clean guests rooms as well as replenishing room supplies
- Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
- Inform valets to collect guests clothes for laundry dry cleaning or pressing
- Maintain the public and general areas
- Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Fully understands room operations
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
- Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoys problem solving with a can-do attitude
- Enjoys being challenged
