We are excited to welcome applications from early career and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Gold Coast team!
GenPhysio Occupational Therapists provide a diverse range of care to the community; from assessments and early intervention with children & adults FCAs home mods assistive technology mental health rehab and online health options and so much more we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets for a continually engaging career experience.
How does GenPhysio support our OTs
- Guided orientation into your new role support to gradually establish your caseload shadowing with fellow OTs and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.
- Supervision -support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.
- Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
- MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs Speechies Physios PODs Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
- Head office based client support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.

What is needed to work as an OT at GenPhysio
- Tertiary qualifications as Occupational Therapist & AHPRA registration
- National Police Check First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current drivers license
- Ability to legally work in Australia
