Contract Details:

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations and treatments to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatments and interventions to patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and programs
- Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing high-quality care to patients
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices and treatment techniques
- CPR certification
