L&H/Medicare Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and licensed L&H/Medicare Producer to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of health insurance products including Medicare and under-age-65 policies while also focusing on life insurance sales during off-peak seasons. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health and Medicare insurance landscape excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 - $80000 (commensurate with experience) commissions

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business including health Medicare and life insurance products.
- Represent multiple insurance companies to provide clients with tailored solutions.
- Focus on Medicare sales during the fall season and life insurance sales during off-peak periods.
- Assist clients turning 65 with Medicare enrollment and related services.
- Provide quotes for new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize agency management software for account management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active L&H and Medicare licenses (required).
- Proven experience in health and Medicare insurance sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in-office during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
