Own delivery plans and quarterly roadmaps for platform initiativesdefining scope milestones dependencies and critical paths across multi-team efforts.
Facilitate execution for large cross-functional programs (e.g. cloud platform migrations automation rollouts observability frameworks policy-as-code enforcement).
Run planning standups backlog grooming and retrospectives with a delivery-first mindset.
Drive structured execution through frameworks like SAFe Scrum Kanban or hybrid delivery models.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to understand solution architectures surface technical dependencies and preempt integration risks.
Coordinate infrastructure provisioning cloud resource dependencies API interfaces or migration activities across teams.
Understand blockers at a systems level (e.g. IAM constraints security reviews cross-environment sequencing) and work them to resolution.

Act as the delivery point-of-contact for executive stakeholders product managers engineering leads and governance teams.
Track progress with clear metrics (burn down velocity risk register % complete) and communicate status in an actionable executive-friendly format.
Manage stakeholder expectations with transparency and accountabilityno surprises.
Ensure that delivery includes operational artifacts (runbooks SLOs documentation compliance evidence).
Partner with SRE SecOps and GRC to validate operational requirements are met pre-deployment.
Coordinate release planning change windows and support readiness across environments.
Tracking and reportingAgile Release Train (ART)-level metricssuch asfeature progressteam velocitypredictability andrisk burndown.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Ten years progressive related experience in either a consulting project management or process improvement related role
3. Strong skills and experience in issue resolution influencing team members and other stakeholders conducting difficult negotiations and managing to stringent timelines for project deliverables
4. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization resources priorities needs and policies
5. Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs and projects
6. Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments
7. Demonstrated executive level verbal and written communication skills
8. Superior working knowledge of business matters finance planning and forecasting
9. Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word Visio Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 7 years of background experience in technical program or delivery management within enterprise IT inclusive of software engineering platform operations DevOps infrastructure organizations or systems architecture.
2. Strong understanding of platform technologies such as:
o Cloud infrastructure: AWS Azure or GCP
o CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions Jenkins ArgoCD
o IaC & automation: Terraform Ansible ServiceNow workflows
o Container platforms: Kubernetes OpenShift
o Security & observability: Vault Prometheus OpenTelemetry Splunk
3. Exceptional skills in written communication stakeholder influence and risk management.
4. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira Rally Confluence for tracking and reporting.
5. Exposure tointernal developer portalsandplatform product management.
6. Experience working with compliance-heavy environments (NIST SOX FFIEC ISO).
7. Familiarity with platform product management concepts and internal developer portals (e.g. Backstage).
8. SAFe Agile or PMP certification (or equivalent delivery methodology expertise).
