Job Description
Anderson Ford North is on the move and we are looking for talented customer focused Cashier to join our team. Were a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago. We believe in doing business in a way that builds up the community around us and we have centered our mission on valuing people. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Filing (Service Repair Orders Parts Counter Tickets Car Deal Files Hard Copies)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
