Job Description
We have an opening for a fantastic Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. Someone with a love of food ingredients and making people happy.
The qualities were seeking are:
- Organisation - daily prep lists time management kitchen hygiene.
- Creativity - contribution to the regularly changing menu and regular specials and events.
- Teamwork - working well with the BOH team and undertaking instructions on different sections as needed

These are some of the benefits available:
- Annual salary between 29000 - 32000 per year depending on skill level
- Guaranteed tronc of 5500 - 6500 per year paid monthly. Any shortfall in tronc salaried topped up.

The recruitment process will be as follows:
